Introducing Loree and Colleen.

As the daughter of a real estate broker, Loree learned the ins and outs of this industry early on. She has been a licensed Realtor since 1984. Whether it’s finding the best deal for a buyer or getting the most for a seller, taking care of her clients is at the core of everything she does.  Loree went to UCLA where she earned two Bachelor of Art degrees in Economics and Psychology. Loree is effective and proactive. With her experience, she brings great understanding and knowledge to all the minute details a successful home sale needs.

Colleen has been in real estate since 2005.  She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an Entrepreneur emphasis from the University of Southern California.  Colleen has raised five children, all of which have graduated from college and are on their own.  She moved from Southern California to Northern California for a time, and has since come back “home” to Orange County.  Colleen’s knowledge of California real estate is state wide.  She built her business on hard work and has sustained it on referrals. Past clients and friends have counted on her expertise and knowledge in all phases of real estate. The biggest compliment is repeat business and referrals from past clients. Colleen’s client base is made up largely of referrals given by past clients offering their friends her expertise, knowledge and service.

Together they strive to have the answers before the questions are asked and have your best interest at heart. They excel in difficult negotiations to arrive at the best outcome for their clients. They bring sincerity and individual care to all they work with.  Taking their clients’ wishes to heart as their  own,  Loree and Colleen work tirelessly and aggressively to ensure they get what their clients desire – be it the home of their dreams, or top dollar from the home they are leaving behind.
