I can't say enough about Loree and Colleen, but to put it simply, they are superstars at what they do!  From our first meeting, they put my wife and I at ease with their knowledge, experience, and calm, yet confident, demeanor.  They were also amazing with our 2 1/2 year old son, and very accommodating to us when it came to the sensitivities surrounding a toddlers schedule/routine.  After discussing our ideas with them, we made the easy choice to have them represent us on both the Buy and Sell sides.   We listed our house on the high end of what they were confident we could get, since we weren't necessarily in a rush to sell, and since we wanted to make sure we had time to find the perfect house without feeling rushed.  Due to their understanding of the market, their professional photography/staging, and their own internal network, we were able to get a full asking price offer even before we held the open house!  Their negotiating skills enabled us to secure a 2-week rent-back option, knowing that we needed a little more time to find and close on our perfect house. The perfect house is what we found, but, next came the tricky part! Each transaction was wrapped up in contingencies on both the front and back ends, so there was a long train of things that had to fall in place in order for everything to go through smoothly for each party. These ladies have such amazing responsiveness, and always communicated every step along the way.  They also made sure that we closed on our Purchase early in order to avoid an awkward 2-3 day period where we'd be without a place to live.

Colleen and Loree are the best realtors I could have asked for. I am a very busy single individual and unable to make many appointments that are
unfortunately required in the process of buying a house (did I mention this was my first property purchase). She scheduled and conducted multiple meetings, and when I was back in town she met with me and went over the details. This didn't stop after Escrow closed either. This
